If you purchase a custom/special project item that does not meet your satisfaction please reach out to us immediately.  We do our very best to provide the best quality products we can with the understanding that, as with purchasing any item unseen, the potential exists for the product to not meet the customers expecatations.  We ask that you give us the opportunity to either repair or replace the product in good faith.  We will make every attempt to ensure the product meets your needs.  Due to the nature of custom ordering/preordering products that are very limited in quantity we are not able to offer monetary refunds after the product has shipped.
